AI Open Lab email list privacy notice
Signups are open for the existing CloudFrontiers-run AI Open Lab list. This notice covers new and existing subscribers. Consent is not transferred to a separate Toby Agboola mailing list.
Who is responsible
CloudFrontiers remains the data controller for this email list. Email info@cloudfrontiers.co.uk with a privacy question, unsubscribe or deletion request.
What we collect and why
We collect a first name (optional) and email address for CloudFrontiers AI Open Lab topics, joining links, calendar invitations and closely related replay notes. No new session date is announced on the signup page.
Signup relies on an unticked consent checkbox and confirmation email (double opt-in). Permission is for the CloudFrontiers-run list, not a new personal-brand mailing list. Existing unsubscribe and suppression records remain in place.
What we record
We keep the details you submit, the date and time, the consent wording in use, the confirmation status and any later unsubscribe request. This lets us show when and how consent was given or withdrawn.
Email service
MailerLite processes signup and confirmation emails and retains subscription and unsubscribe records for CloudFrontiers. Read MailerLite's privacy policy.
Calendar invitation
Earlier subscribers may have received a recurring Google Calendar invitation with Google Meet access. No new live session is currently scheduled here. Other guests cannot see the attendee list, invite others or edit the event.
You can decline or remove the event at any time. Whether it appears automatically depends on your calendar settings. Email info@cloudfrontiers.co.uk if you want us to remove your address from the guest list. Read Google's privacy policy.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your information or use this list for unrelated partner marketing. Access is limited to CloudFrontiers and the service providers needed to run the list.
CloudFrontiers keeps your subscription until you unsubscribe or the list is closed. After an unsubscribe, a minimal suppression record may be kept so the address is not emailed again. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us. You can also ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy where the law applies.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how we handle your information.
Cookies
These pages do not use advertising pixels or non-essential analytics cookies. This notice will be updated before that changes.
Public-page analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics across the public pages of tobyagboola.com and its AI Open Lab sites to understand which pages are visited, with approximate country, browser and device statistics. We see aggregate reports, not named browsing histories.
The analytics script does not read signup fields or record names or email addresses. Cloudflare removes query strings and fragments from the page addresses it reports and says it does not use cookies, local storage or fingerprinting for Web Analytics.
Our script excludes private and admin paths, preview sites, and URLs with query parameters other than standard campaign tags. It also honours browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. The email list is separate from this measurement.
